Cancellation Policy

At Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS) , we are committed to providing high-quality web development services tailored to meet our clients' needs. We understand that there may be circumstances that require the cancellation of a project. To ensure that both parties are clear on the expectations and processes, we have established the following Cancellation Livery Policy:

1. Cancellation by the Client:

If the client decides to cancel a project, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation within 7 days of agreement signing:

The client is eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made, provided no work has been started.

Cancellation after 7 days but before project commencement:

If work has not yet begun on the project, the client is entitled to a 50% refund of any advance payments made.

Cancellation after the project has commenced:

Once development has begun, the client will be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation. The client will receive a refund for any remaining balance after deducting the completed work amount and any expenses incurred.

Custom Development Projects:

In case of custom or complex development projects, work will be considered to have commenced once the design phase or any development-related tasks have started. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the scope of work already completed.

2. Cancellation by Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS) :

In the event that Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS)  needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, breach of contract, or non-payment by the client, the following will apply:

Notification:

Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS)  will provide the client with written notice of cancellation and the reasons for such cancellation.

Refunds:

If Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS)  is responsible for the cancellation, the client will receive a full refund for any payments made for services not rendered.

3. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request, once all necessary documentation and project details are reviewed.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

Certain services may incur non-refundable fees, such as:

Domain registration fees

Hosting fees

Third-party software or licensing costs

These fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

In the case of unavoidable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances that prevent the continuation of the project, Bhaarat Enterprise  (INDRASHISH DAS)  may suspend or cancel the project. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume work at a later date or provide a partial refund for services not rendered. Any requests for project changes or additional revisions after cancellation may be subject to additional charges.
