1. Eligibility for Refund

* Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels a project before development has commenced or within a specified period after the initial payment, a refund may be eligible.
* Non-Delivery of Services: If Bhaarat Enterprise fails to deliver the agreed-upon project within the agreed-upon timeline and no alternative solution is offered.
* Quality or Service Disputes: If the client believes that the services provided significantly deviate from the agreed-upon specifications and reasonable attempts to resolve the issue have not been successful.
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
Partial Refund: In cases where work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
* No Refund: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed work that meets the client's specifications as per the contract.
- Changes requested after the final project delivery.
- Work done on special or non-refundable packages.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request to our support team at bhaarate@gmail.com.
- Include details about the project, reason for refund, and any relevant documentation to support the claim (e.g., email correspondence, contracts, invoices).
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the project completion date or the initial payment.
Once the request is submitted:
- Bhaarat Enterprise (INDRASHISH DAS) will review the request and assess the eligibility for a refund.
- Our team may contact the client for further details if necessary.
- A decision will be made within 14 business days from the receipt of the refund request.
3. Refund Amount
The refund amount will depend on the status of the project at the time of the refund request:
- Full Refund: If no work has commenced or the project is canceled before the initial design phase begins.
- Partial Refund: If the project is in progress and work has been done, a partial refund will be offered based on the proportion of work completed.
- No Refund: If the project has been completed or delivered according to the initial agreement.
4. International Transactions
For international clients, please be aware of the following:
- Refunds will be processed in the same currency and method as the original payment.
- Currency conversion fees or bank processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- International refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the client’s location and payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, we encourage clients to contact Bhaarat Enterprise directly through our support channels. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and amicably.
For unresolved issues, Bhaarat Enterprise (INDRASHISH DAS) will consider mediation or arbitration, depending on the circumstances, under the governing laws of Kolkata, India.
