This policy outlines the terms of service delivery, project timelines, and other important aspects of our web development process.
1. Project Timeline & Milestones
Initial Consultation & Agreement: Upon receiving the project brief, we will conduct a detailed consultation with the client to understand requirements. A formal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and cost will be shared.
Project Phases: Each project will be divided into specific phases (e.g., Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment).
Planning: 5-7 business days.
Design: 7-10 business days.
Development: 15-30 business days (depending on complexity).
Testing & Quality Assurance: 5-7 business days.
Final Delivery: After client approval, the final product will be delivered as agreed in the contract.
Delivery Timeline: A clear timeline will be shared with the client, and all efforts will be made to meet the agreed delivery deadlines. The timelines are subject to the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.
2. Client Communication & Feedback
Project Kick-off Meeting: Before starting the project, a kick-off meeting will be held to finalize requirements.
Progress Updates: Clients will receive regular updates throughout the project’s development stages via email, project management tools, or scheduled video calls.
Client Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback at key milestones (Design approval, Development review, Testing phase) to avoid delays.
Revisions: A predefined number of revisions are included within the scope of the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Delivery Methods
Digital Delivery: All completed projects, including websites, codes, and assets, will be delivered digitally via secure file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP) or directly through the website hosting environment.
Hosting & Domain: For clients requiring website hosting and domain registration services, Bhaarat Enterprise (INDRASHISH DAS) will assist with setup and configuration as part of the project or through third-party providers, depending on the client’s preference.
Documentation & Training: A comprehensive user manual or documentation for the website will be provided. Additionally, we will offer training sessions for the client’s team on how to manage and update the website.
4. Payment Terms
Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total project cost) will be required to initiate the project.
Payment Milestones: Payments will be due at various milestones throughout the project. The milestones will be defined in the service contract.
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project before final delivery.
5. International Delivery & Compliance
Timezone Consideration: We are based in India and will take into account the client’s local time zone for meetings, updates, and deadlines. We offer flexible working hours to ensure smooth communication.
Data Protection & Privacy: Bhaarat Enterprise (INDRASHISH DAS) adheres to international data protection standards, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for clients in the European Union and other relevant data protection laws. We ensure the confidentiality and security of all client data.
Quality Assurance: All projects undergo rigorous testing and quality assurance checks before delivery to ensure they meet international standards of performance, usability, and security.
6. Post-Delivery Support & Maintenance
Warranty Period: A 30-day warranty period is provided for bug fixes and any issues arising post-delivery. This excludes any modifications or third-party plugin issues.
Ongoing Maintenance: After the initial delivery, ongoing maintenance and support services are available on a retainer basis or as part of a long-term service agreement. This can include regular updates, security patches, and feature enhancements.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Project Delays: Any delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, failure to provide necessary information) will result in an extension of the project timeline.
Force Majeure: Bhaarat Enterprise will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions).
